I attended a hypnotherapy session on 28th October 2025 at Dr Anand's clinic . The session began with a calming background music. Dr. Anand helped me to relax and to calm my mind. Dr. Anand guided... me into a deep state of relaxation using soft voice suggestions.At first I was very spetical about being hypnotized. I imagined that there will be a pendulum in front of my face. The doctor will move it and I will fall into a deep sleep and will unknowingly tell him my inner deep secrets which I myself don't remember. (This is the after effects of watching too many movies.) It was nothing like that. I was fully aware of whatever I was saying.Throughout the session, I felt calm, aware, and peaceful. After it ended, I experienced lightness in my body and mental clarity. Went to session with dr anand today. First he explain all the theory on how the mind works in very simple way, and how the hypnotherapy will help change my negative thought and make me better with my... problem. But the experience of hypnotherapy itself is very powerful. It felt surreal, and when the session is coming to end, i felt better with myself, and the way i see and feel about the negative part in my life. I feel more positive, confident and know everything will get better. I googled 'hypnotherapy' randomly on 30th October about 11am. I found Dr. Anand 's details, I read the Google reviews. I pinged via the chat box Ken and had a quick reply. Cindy, Dr. Anand' s... assistant texted me via WhatsApp and provided the necessary details. I filled up the form accordingly. Dr. Anand called me to understand my situation further and spoke to me for some 50 minutes. And he gave me an appointment the same day and we met at 4pm.The session was amazing, spent some 3.5 hours with Dr. Anand. He's really just God sent. I am so grateful and thankful. Just 1 session and my anxiety and fear and doubts are all gone. I am just so happy with the results. It's beyond remarkable.Dr. Anand 's techniques are unique and was perfect, it did what it was intended to do. I have attended other repetitive hypnotherapy sessions with others, but didn't see any changes. However, with Dr. Anand, it's just life changing, just with 1 session.Dr. Anand really just focus on me that entire 3 hours duration, understanding my situation completely. He genuinely wanted to help.And the set up for the hypnotherapy room was simply magical. Immensely helped with the hypnotherapy.It has been 2 weeks since I met Dr. Anand. I never had any psychological treatments, medications or diagnosis prior to my treatments with Dr. Anand.SIde Note: Getting Professional Psychological Services is to help in regulating and managing a persons emotional and mental activity in an effective way and techniques customized to your individual needs and situation to achieve a healthier and better life moving forward. Someone need not be "mentally and emotionally affected" to be getting psychological related treatments such as Hypnotherapy and other treatments. I had experienced improvements in my emotional regulation, there are noticeable improvements in me after these 2 sessions. I have also gotten to know my emotions and myself better. On the day of... the session, we started by having conversations for him to better understand my needs. He asked questions for clarification. Once that was done, Dr Anand brought me into the hypnotherapy room for the hypnosis. It was very peaceful and calming. We had a great session whereby I was awake the entire time and felt in control. I read about Hypnotherapy articles which miraculously helping the patients dealing with subconscious in managing issues with mental wellness. Like others, I was a very skeptical how effective is this... therapy would work for me and just go ahead and have a try. In fact, I was in urgent need of this therapy and it was a festive week. However, Dr. Anand was kind enough to open the session for me on Friday of that week. I reached his office 30 mins before the appointment time and he was already there expecting me.Before the session starts, he talked to me to understand the challenges I had and patiently explained to me about what hypnotherapy is about (there are a lot of myth and misunderstanding about hypnosis out there) and what to expect during the therapy session.Throughout the 2 hours session that I had, it was comfortable, relief and safe. I was completely conscious the entire session and knowing what was going on around me. The therapy was effective... it managed to lower my anxiety level immediately after the session. However, it still needs consistent practice after I go back home.Dr. Anand talked to me, explain to me and share with me the tools and method as well as guiding me how to continue my practice at home. I rarely do share my review but I make this the exceptional time in my life. Hypnotherapy greatly improve my mental well-being. My experience with Dr.Anand up until now was I had one face-to-face session with Dr. and several therapy sessions through tele-therapy due to MCO. I believe there is a necessary period of time for the therapist to know the client/patient in terms of to understand what method, tools, will work or to create and discover that unique set of custom-made framework which is effective for that particular client towards positive change/ solving the unresolved.

To create that custom-made framework, requires a therapist equipped with the heart, passion and patience to help their clients, sparking child-like curiosity in them which drives and motivates the therapist to discover more ways to help the client, ultimately allow the client to be empowered to act independently. I believe you may find that here, in Dr.Anand's sessions.

I also appreciate Dr.Anand's willingness in working with his patients/clients closely by the very constant follow-up which have been one of the factor of an effective therapy.

In contrast to common misconception of Hypnotherapy as mind controlling, i believe it's mind-freeing. During Hypnotherapy, the person is guided to a safe place in the inner world, tapping into the subconscious mind and benefiting from the gifted power of the human mind.
I find it very similar to meditation.
Hypnotherapy involves a lot of knowledge and concepts about the subconscious mind and inner world which are not new or unfamiliar in the world of science, spirituality, or maybe teachings found in religions.

A simple conclusion to draw from my various experiences, all forms of therapy are there because they do work, when the execution is right, which may require a lot of trials and error involving endless factors.

I noticed that this place was the first that popped up when I typed in "Best Hypnotherapy Session in Malaysia". Being introduced by dr. Anand, he understood about the client issue very well through... introduction session to get to know his clients better. Aside from fast and well-managed appointment process, the sessions by dr. Anand was also very helpful. He gave plenty of time for his clients depending on the issues faced.Initially I thought by hypnotherapy, I would get an instant results. But it turned out that it'd take time as hypnotherapy helped to change what the subconscious mind we valued and it was not a mind controlling process. I have benefited immensely since my first session. I had since then only 2 sessions. it was so amazing to have this therapy here in KL area. i’m so happy to finally meet Dr Anand. Like most of the reviews say, I was quite skeptical at first. However, after the session, I felt much more at ease about the situation. Dr. Anand knows what he is doing.Dr. Anand understands that... the mind can be a scary place to be if you do not understand how it works and how to control it. I'm 33 years old, married women. 3 years ago I started my career, in couple of months I got married and I thought life was perfect. Due to my workload and stress level I start to have pain all over... my joints and body. Each day was difficult. I went to many medical departments, tried all medications including immune system suppressant. None worked out. Doctors suspected it's a rheumatological disorder but all my blood results were normal. I quit my job due to intolerable pain. I was worried about life and health. One of my friend suggested for hypnotherapy and it was my last hope. When I google for hypnotherapy service in Malaysia, I saw many positive reviews about Dr. Anand and mind wellness solutions. Ms. Cindy (customer care manager) answered all my doubts. Within a week after I contacted them, I got appointment for my 1st session. Within few min after the session started, I started to laugh as I don't feel pain in certain joints. After 2 hours in the session, for the 1st time I felt pain free and could freely move my body. I know the cause of pain and immediately my mood improve. I didn't take any medication for my pain. After back home, Dr. Anand call and check on my progress every day. He truly care for his patients. I took anti depressants, because my pain misdiagnosed as MDD. Went to CBT but no improvement. Anxiety is not a joke and people without anxiety definitely cant understand it. i have anxiety and now already 5 years. With the feelings of hopeless, worriness and struggling with my day to day... routine, work seems very difficult and with the suicidal thoughts.
