How long will each hypnosis treatment take?
Generally 2-4 session of 60-90 mins duration are required in addition to the initial consultation. For other complex issues such as anxiety, more sessions may be negotiated.
Do i have to bring someone with me?
While it is not necessary to have someone to accompany you but it is entirely up to you. Having someone with you does help your journey to discover yourself. However your privacy and confidentiality is our top priority.
how long does it takes to see the results back?
Mostly immediately you will start seeing positive changes. To get concrete transformational change, we take 2-4 weeks.
Can the hypnotherapist make me do things i don't want to do?
No! That’s a myth. The fake examples of hypnosis in scary movies and novels inaccurate suggests the hypnotist does something to you, puts you “under” and make suggestions to you that you then have to carry out. That’s impossible. No one can me you do or say anything you don’t want to do in or out of hypnosis. Stage hypnosis look for “class clowns” who will act silly for a laugh because only such people will consider “clucking like a chicken” or performing other foolishness. The average person won’t go along. Hypnotherapy contains none of this silliness.
What can i expect during my first visit?
The hypnosis session begins with a gradual transition so that you get relaxed while taking you into a deeper and deeper state of relaxation. As your breathing and heart rate slow down, the brainwaves slow down as well. Your body is relaxed and your mind is relaxed. Expect to feel rested and relaxed after a hypnotherapy session.

I have to admit that I was a bit skeptical coming into this, eventhough I wholeheartedly believed that to be the master of one’s environment, one has to be the master of his/ her mind first, as I’ve tried many things myself to overcome regressive and unproductive thoughts, but Dr Anand has convinced me with simple techniques that there is still hope for me to bring my thinking to where it needs to be. I’m already feeling less depressed, my appetite and sleeping has also improved.
