Went to session with dr anand today. First he explain all the theory on how the mind works in very simple way, and how the hypnotherapy will help change my negative thought and make me better with my... problem. I googled 'hypnotherapy' randomly on 30th October about 11am. I found Dr. Anand 's details, I read the Google reviews. I pinged via the chat box Ken and had a quick reply. Cindy, Dr. Anand' s... assistant texted me via WhatsApp and provided the necessary details. I filled up the form accordingly. Dr. Anand called me to understand my situation further and spoke to me for some 50 minutes. And he gave me an appointment the same day and we met at 4pm.The session was amazing, spent some 3.5 hours with Dr. Anand. He's really just God sent. I am so grateful and thankful. Just 1 session and my anxiety and fear and doubts are all gone. I am just so happy with the results. It's beyond remarkable.Dr. Anand 's techniques are unique and was perfect, it did what it was intended to do. I have attended other repetitive hypnotherapy sessions with others, but didn't see any changes. However, with Dr. Anand, it's just life changing, just with 1 session.Dr. Anand really just focus on me that entire 3 hours duration, understanding my situation completely. I read about Hypnotherapy articles which miraculously helping the patients dealing with subconscious in managing issues with mental wellness. Like others, I was a very skeptical how effective is this... therapy would work for me and just go ahead and have a try. In fact, I was in urgent need of this therapy and it was a festive week. However, Dr. Anand was kind enough to open the session for me on Friday of that week. I reached his office 30 mins before the appointment time and he was already there expecting me.Before the session starts, he talked to me to understand the challenges I had and patiently explained to me about what hypnotherapy is about (there are a lot of myth and misunderstanding about hypnosis out there) and what to expect during the therapy session.Throughout the 2 hours session that I had, it was comfortable, relief and safe. I was completely conscious the entire session and knowing what was going on around me. The therapy was effective... it managed to lower my anxiety level immediately after the session. I personally have had various experiences in psychotherapy, meeting with psychologist, psychiatrist and currently going through Hypnotherapy with Dr.Anand at Mind Wellness Hypnotherapy : Hypnotherapy... Services Malaysia.

My experience with Dr.Anand up until now was I had one face-to-face session with Dr. and several therapy sessions through tele-therapy due to MCO. I believe there is a necessary period of time for the therapist to know the client/patient in terms of to understand what method, tools, will work or to create and discover that unique set of custom-made framework which is effective for that particular client towards positive change/ solving the unresolved.

To create that custom-made framework, requires a therapist equipped with the heart, passion and patience to help their clients, sparking child-like curiosity in them which drives and motivates the therapist to discover more ways to help the client, ultimately allow the client to be empowered to act independently. I believe you may find that here, in Dr.Anand's sessions.

I also appreciate Dr.Anand's willingness in working with his patients/clients closely by the very constant follow-up which have been one of the factor of an effective therapy.

In contrast to common misconception of Hypnotherapy as mind controlling, i believe it's mind-freeing. During Hypnotherapy, the person is guided to a safe place in the inner world, tapping into the subconscious mind and benefiting from the gifted power of the human mind.
I find it very similar to meditation.
Hypnotherapy involves a lot of knowledge and concepts about the subconscious mind and inner world which are not new or unfamiliar in the world of science, spirituality, or maybe teachings found in religions.

A simple conclusion to draw from my various experiences, all forms of therapy are there because they do work, when the execution is right, which may require a lot of trials and error involving endless factors.

I noticed that this place was the first that popped up when I typed in "Best Hypnotherapy Session in Malaysia". Being introduced by dr. Anand, he understood about the client issue very well through... introduction session to get to know his clients better. Aside from fast and well-managed appointment process, the sessions by dr. Anand was also very helpful. He gave plenty of time for his clients depending on the issues faced.Initially I thought by hypnotherapy, I would get an instant results. I'm 33 years old, married women. 3 years ago I started my career, in couple of months I got married and I thought life was perfect. Due to my workload and stress level I start to have pain all over... my joints and body. Each day was difficult. I went to many medical departments, tried all medications including immune system suppressant. None worked out. Doctors suspected it's a rheumatological disorder but all my blood results were normal. I quit my job due to intolerable pain. I was worried about life and health. One of my friend suggested for hypnotherapy and it was my last hope. Guess most of Malaysians not aware of how a hypnotherapy process can help a person. In my case I'm having a major problem to get into sleep,yes I can't sleep ,it's called insomnia and I tried various... way to sleep but nothing seems to help me and at same time I told to my self that I'm not going take any medication just to fall in sleep. I believe in seeking professional help in coping on my anxiety issues rather than sharing it with closed ones.
