I personally have had various experiences in psychotherapy, meeting with psychologist, psychiatrist and currently going... through Hypnotherapy with Dr.Anand at Mind Wellness Hypnotherapy : Hypnotherapy Services Malaysia. My experience with Dr.Anand up until now was I had one face-to-face session with Dr. and several therapy sessions through tele-therapy due to MCO. I believe there is a necessary period of time for the therapist to know the client/patient in terms of to understand what method, tools, will work or to create and discover that unique set of custom-made framework which is effective for that particular client towards positive change/ solving the unresolved. To create that custom-made framework, requires a therapist equipped with the heart, passion and patience to help their clients, sparking child-like curiosity in them which drives and motivates the therapist to discover more ways to help the client, ultimately allow the client to be empowered to act independently. I believe you may find that here, in Dr.Anand's sessions. I also appreciate Dr.Anand's willingness in working with his patients/clients closely by the very constant follow-up which have been one of the factor of an effective therapy. In contrast to common misconception of Hypnotherapy as mind controlling, i believe it's mind-freeing. During Hypnotherapy, the person is guided to a safe place in the inner world, tapping into the subconscious mind and benefiting from the gifted power of the human mind. I find it very similar to meditation. Hypnotherapy involves a lot of knowledge and concepts about the subconscious mind and inner world which are not new or unfamiliar in the world of science, spirituality, or maybe teachings found in religions. A simple conclusion to draw from my various experiences, all forms of therapy are there because they do work, when the execution is right, which may require a lot of trials and error involving endless factors. I noticed that this place was the first that popped up when I typed in "Best Hypnotherapy Session in Malaysia". Being... introduced by dr. Anand, he understood about the client issue very well through introduction session to get to know his clients better. Aside from fast and well-managed appointment process, the sessions by dr. Anand was also very helpful. He gave plenty of time for his clients depending on the issues faced. Initially I thought by hypnotherapy, I would get an instant results. But it turned out that it'd take time as hypnotherapy helped to change what the subconscious mind we valued and it was not a mind controlling process. I felt so much better and I realized that certain things definitely happened to me; being more positive and appreciate my surroundings. I recommend this center for those who seek for help.read more

I have benefited immensely since my first session. I had since then only 2 sessions. However, Dr. Anand constantly kept... in touch with me and guiding me on my thoughts and reactions everyday. Even though in the beginning I was having my doubts, I kept on to the task and the therapy prescribed by the Dr. Anand. It has helped me to become much stronger mentally and given the strength to keep going through this very difficult situation. it was so amazing to have this therapy here in KL area. i’m so happy to finally meet Dr Anand. He is very concerned... about his patients. very detailed in explaining things. i was amazed by the therapy he did. i can feel my mind now is at peace & my body feel so much lighter than before. i have been thru a lot of depression situations, having a really bad migrain attack since 2010. But in just few hours of the therapy with Dr Anand, it heals a lot. i can now moving forward smoothly from my past life’s pressure. it’s not that easy to break our old habits but Dr Anand has proved me through this therapy, we can create a new productive pattern. Like most of the reviews say, I was quite skeptical at first. However, after the session, I felt much more at ease... about the situation. Dr. Anand knows what he is doing. Dr. Anand understands that the mind can be a scary place to be if you do not understand how it works and how to control it. His process relaxes you and takes you inward with him as a tour guide. His approach is not to point things out but to let you experience them for yourself. The best way to describe the session is a journey that allows you to understand why the issues you are facing exist and to deal with them in your own way before finally finishing. After the session, Dr. Anand took the time to educate me about how I can do this process by myself at home. It was truly amazing to work with someone who genuinely cares for your wellbeing and who doesn't rush through a session while staring at their watch. Highly recommended.read more

I'm 33 years old, married women. 3 years ago I started my career, in couple of months I got married and I thought life... was perfect. Due to my workload and stress level I start to have pain all over my joints and body. Each day was difficult. I went to many medical departments, tried all medications including immune system suppressant. None worked out. Doctors suspected it's a rheumatological disorder but all my blood results were normal. I quit my job due to intolerable pain. I was worried about life and health. One of my friend suggested for hypnotherapy and it was my last hope. When I google for hypnotherapy service in Malaysia, I saw many positive reviews about Dr. Anand and mind wellness solutions. Ms. Cindy (customer care manager) answered all my doubts. Within a week after I contacted them, I got appointment for my 1st session. Within few min after the session started, I started to laugh as I don't feel pain in certain joints. After 2 hours in the session, for the 1st time I felt pain free and could freely move my body. I know the cause of pain and immediately my mood improve. I didn't take any medication for my pain. After back home, Dr. Anand call and check on my progress every day. He truly care for his patients. I took anti depressants, because my pain misdiagnosed as MDD. Went to CBT but no improvement. I had anxiety issues for 20 years, been through CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) for 3 years with no positive... result. I was amazed my anxiety was reduced till now after the first session of the therapy! I wish more people will know how powerful and effective hypnotherapy is. Please note that hypnotherapy is not just for alleviating pain, treating anxiety or depression issues, you can actually modify your limiting beliefs through this therapy to be a better version of yourself. Anxiety is not a joke and people without anxiety definitely cant understand it. i have anxiety and now already 5 years.... With the feelings of hopeless, worriness and struggling with my day to day routine, work seems very difficult and with the suicidal thoughts. With the medications my anxiety was under control until i witnessed an incident and anxiety took control of my life again. I have to admit that I was a bit skeptical coming into this, eventhough I wholeheartedly believed that to be the master... of one's environment, one has to be the master of his/ her mind first, as I've tried many things myself to overcome regressive and unproductive thoughts, but Dr Anand has convinced me with simple techniques that there is still hope for me to bring my thinking to where it needs to be. I'm already feeling less depressed, my appetite and sleeping has also improved. Dr. Anand is a true gem. I am a classic case of an insomniac experiencing sleep deprivation for many a months. This... really affected my daily routine as I was constantly feeling weak, lacking focus and lethargic. I tried all sorts of medication,alcohol, tried to tire my self out with rigorous sports activity daily but it was to no avail. My mind would still be very active by the end of the day and when it was time for bed and I will not be able to shut down. Just when I thought all hope was lost, I was referred to by a friend to visit Dr. Anand at Columbia Asia Hospital. Dr. Anand cured me with just 2 sessions of his therapy. I was shocked and surprised I was falling asleep during our first session. His methods and approach were so simplistic, it all boils down to the power of your own mind. By our second session, I had already mastered the skills and technique to train my mind and to command my self to be at ease.
